This project focuses on analyzing and validating Best Way pool and outdoor products for launch on Amazon Canada. Using Option C (Hybrid Approach), we will:

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on 15 high-priority SKUs
  • Train team to analyze remaining 18 SKUs
  • Review and validate team's analysis
  • Optimize 2 existing Amazon listings
  • Provide comprehensive training and knowledge transfer
  • Deliver consolidated final report for all 33 SKUs
