This project focuses on analyzing and validating Best Way pool and outdoor products for launch on Amazon Canada. Using Option C (Hybrid Approach), we will:
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on 15 high-priority SKUs
- Train team to analyze remaining 18 SKUs
- Review and validate team's analysis
- Optimize 2 existing Amazon listings
- Provide comprehensive training and knowledge transfer
- Deliver consolidated final report for all 33 SKUs
